The Evolution of a Dream (One Batch at a Time)


2012 – Rosie brings her first tray of cupcakes to a local market. They’re gone in 45 minutes. One customer says, “These taste like childhood.”
2015 – The bakery’s first storefront opens in a cozy downtown nook, decorated in pink pastels and vintage cake tins.
2018 – The Pink Cupcake Bakery expands its custom cake line and begins offering event dessert catering for weddings and baby showers.
2021 – With a growing team and loyal following, Rosie launches a seasonal menu and doorstep delivery program.
